Please note that no dismantling is allowed before the fair has closed.
Any goods left behind in the exhibition or storage area, when the exhibition has ended will be removed, and the expenses debited to the exhibitor.

Free entrance with an Invitation Card or if pre-registered here, (worth DKK 150). Sectech is a trade fair. Children under the age of 15 is only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
Included in the exhibition stand fee:
• Back wall - 2.5 meters high
• Counter with storage space
• 2 folding chairs
• 1 electrical socket with 230V, 2000W
• Spotlights (3-4 depending on the stand space)
The price for the smaller stands (6 sqm) is DKK 24.400,-
The price for the larger model (10-12 sqm) is DKK 41.200,-
A registration fee of DKK 3.700,- is added to the stand cost.
As the number of stands is limited, it is important to book a stand quickly.

With the walls in the exhibition areas being painted, we kindly ask you to respect that you are not allowed to attach posters or other objects directly to the walls. When mounting material you must use the provided equipment or bring your own screen walls.
Please note:
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused in the Scandic Hotel Copenhagen premises, during moving in procedures, construction procedures and during deconstruction and moving out procedures.
The organisers are NOT responsible for any caused damage, theft etc. Therefore we recommend you to make sure your insurance covers transportation of goods and exhibitions.

Hotel accommodation
In conjunction with the show we offer the following accommodation:
Dates: 13-16 November
Single room, standard à DKK 1,295 per night
Double room, standard à DKK 1,495 per night
Included in the price is an international breakfast buffet, 15% service fee, and 25% VAT.
All reservations should be made via the hotel. You will be charged a fee of 50 DKK per reservation.
A confirmation of your reservation will be sent three weeks prior to the event.
